(For dietitians) With more information about the benefits and harmful effects of certain foods, do you take more consideration of what you eat, making sure that the foods that you eat are always healthy?

We dietitians eat all foods! Please do not surreptitiously hide your chips or fries as soon as you see your dietitian friend pass by your table! Just to mention that foods should not be categorized as ‘healthy’ or ‘unhealthy’. Most foods can be included as part of a healthy diet as long as they are consumed in the right amounts. To limit your food options is the last thing I would want to do, as I aim to help you find delicious food that are right for your condition and individual requirements.
