Health screening is divided into cancer screening and chronic illness screening. The initiative is called Screen For LIfe and more information can be found at https://www.healthhub.sg/programmes/61/Screen_for_Life#benefits-of-screen-for-life. Singapore Ministry of Health (MOH) and Health Promotion Board (HPB) recommends women to go for these screenings depending on your age:

Chronic illness recommended for screening includes screening for high blood pressure, obesity, Diabetes and cholesterol.

When you are between 25 and 39 years old: Recommended to screen for High Blood Pressure, obesity and diabetes.

When you are 40 years and above: Recommended to screening for high blood pressure, obesity, diabetes and cholesterol.

Cancer screening recommended are as below:

Breast cancer screening and colorectal screening are recommended for women 50 years old and above.

How does family history of certain diseases affect the recommendations for health screening? Like for example, if my aunt and grandma had breast cancer, should I go for screening earlier, before 50 years old?
