I am terrified of cockroaches. Last week, they appeared in my house. In the past few days, we put in all the traps and insect repellent to stop them from coming, and they stopped coming. But I cannot help but be paranoid about it; like I feel like it is coming, I think I hear it, I also sometimes smell it. It is getting to the point that I am extremely light in my sleep that I wake up when I feel something. How can I overcome this fear?
