There are so many types of diets available now on the internet, social media etc. Some of such ways are unhealthy and straining for the body, but others are okay. Which diets do you recommend for us, who are trying to lose weight?

I would recommend a nutrition plan using mainly whole foods that is individualized to your needs. It’s certainly not a one size fits all. What works for a celebrity may not work for you. Many on social media have sponsored posts for ‘health supplements’, ‘detox juices’, ‘health meal replacements’ etc. so do take what is posted on social media with a pinch of salt. I also do not advocate strictly sticking to daily diet meal plans, with exceptions for only some medical conditions.
