My partner and I are both females and we are each other's only sexual partner. Do we need to go for pap smear?

You both are still recommended to go for regular cervical cancer screening as per national guideline if both of you practice penetrative sexual activity using sex toys.

Under the National Cervical Cancer Screening Programme, all women who have ever had sex are advised to have their first cervical cytology test from the age of 25.
Age 25 – 29 years: Cervical cytology taken once every 3 years
Age 30 - 69 years : HPV test alone every 5 years for a negative HPV test
